How do I exercise a right?

Email support@finotax.shop and say what you want — a copy, a correction, deletion, a portable export, or a restriction. We answer within 30 days, the statutory deadline.

Do I have to give a reason?

No. Access, portability and rectification are unconditional. Erasure and objection depend on why we hold the data — an order we are legally required to keep for accounting cannot simply be deleted, and we will tell you when that applies.

How long do you keep my order data?

Accepted Answer

As long as legal, accounting and support obligations require, then it is deleted or anonymised. That is the retention rule; it is not open-ended.

What if you get it wrong?

Accepted Answer

You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority at any time. Using this policy first is not a precondition.
