Buying several QuickBooks Desktop licences
For a practice with a client list, a group with several entities, or anyone equipping more than one machine. The checkout handles one order at a time — this is the way round that.

How many, and which editions
Four Pro Plus at one seat is a different order from one Enterprise at five. If you are not sure which editions your clients need, describe what they run and we will work it out with you.
Seats per licence
Seats are simultaneous users in one company file — they do not pool across licences. Five separate one-seat licences is not the same product as one five-seat licence.
One invoice or several
Practices buying on behalf of clients usually want them itemised separately. Tell us which you need and it is issued that way from the start.
Who the keys go to
All to you, or each one direct to the client. Either works; saying so up front saves a round of forwarding.
What we are not going to do
Quote you a discount percentage on this page. We do not publish volume pricing, and a number printed here that the checkout then does not honour is worse than no number at all. Send the quantities and you get real terms, from a person, in writing.
Sell you more licences than the seat count needs. Seats are people in one company file at the same moment — one three-seat licence is usually cheaper and simpler than three single-seat ones, and we will say so. How seats work
Let the 2027 date arrive as a surprise across a whole client list. The licences never expire, but Intuit ends the connected services for the 2024 release on 31 May 2027 — worth knowing before you put several clients on it. What that means
